RETURNS POLICY

Designer Warehouse

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • All Items must be returned undamaged, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
    If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Please note that, in the absence of any fault or incorrect supply of product, returns are not available for any underwear, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories or cosmetics due to hygiene reasons
  • Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. If any products returned smell of smoke, body odour, of fragrances or do not meet the above returns policy they will not be accepted.
  • Within 48 hours of receipt of your product please provide the reason why you would like to return by email to designerwarehouse1@gmail.comand we will respond with the course of action to take.
  • Under no circumstances should goods be returned without written approval from Designer Warehouse Ltd

You have 14 calendar days to return an order from the date you received it. The items must be received in our warehouse within 14 calendar days from the date we have approved your return to entitle you to a refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after a full inspection and report of the item.

What happens if we send you the product ordered and you change your mind?
A restocking fee of 20% with a maximum charge of £40 will be charged if the return is due to a customer ordering error. In the case of a customer ordering the wrong size or you just wish to return the item you need to email us your order number and the last three digits of your credit or debit card as or proof of purchase. The shipment and the return must be sent by a tracked method.

The customer is responsible and liable to pay for the return to our warehouse. The return delivery is the responsibility of the customer until the return is received and signed for at our returns depot
All Returns must be sent by a tracked courier method and full tracking details must be provided to Designer Warehouse within 48 hours of despatch by email to designerwarehouse1@gmail.com

Damaged goods or incorrect items supplied by Designer Warehouse
Designer Warehouse will arrange and pay for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after a full inspection and report of the item.
If our refund policy outlined above has not been adhered to no refund will be applied
