Do I need to have an account to purchase – help!
You don’t need an account to make a purchase
Will you be restocking items that are out of stock?
Being high end designer brands we rarely restock products once they have sold out.
Issues with login to the website
Firstly, check that you have previously created a customer account
If you’re seeing the ‘invalid login or password’ message, make sure your email and password are correct.
If you still can’t sign in, you can request for a password reminder to be sent – just follow the prompts on the contact us page and enter your account email.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are normally despatched within 24 hours of order receipt we are unable to cancel or change your order
Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation email?
Please allow 24-28 hours for you to receive shipping confirmation emails. Please note this excludes weekends
Sometimes our emails end up in your spam or junk mail folders. Please check these folders before contact us.
You can also check that your order has gone through by logging in and viewing the ‘My Account’ section.
What shipping services do you offer?
Yes, see our shipping section. We use Fedex for our deliveries
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
Estimated time of delivery is 3-5 business days within the EU and 3-7 days to the Rest of World. If you need further information, please contact the Designer Warehouse Support team at email@example.com
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from FedEx to track the progress of your delivery.
If I’m not at home to receive my delivery, where will it be left?
Your order needs a signature upon delivery, so if there is no one around to receive it the courier will leave a missed delivery card. You can then organize for your order to be re-delivered whenever it suits you!
What is your returns policy?
Your item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receipt to our warehouse. There is a returns re-restocking fee and delivery charge if you have ordered the product in error or you change your mind. See our returns policy
Address for returns:
Please email us within 48 hours of receipt of your order explaining why you wish to return the product. If incorrect product or product is damaged please also provide photo evidence.
At this stage we will provide a returns address. Our returns address may change based on the product being returned.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We try to get through all returns ASAP, but once your return is received at our office, it may take 7-14 business days to process.
Do you pay for my return shipping?
We only pay return shipping for incorrect supply or on receipt of damaged goods
